Update: no one has reached out. The value for money is not there. Over $100 for essentially press on nails to be cured to mine, no shaping, gel spilling onto my cuticles and the colour is transparent. Asked about fixing the transparent ends and she said she already gave me four coats.. The convenience and the Netflix on tv is not worth the poor results. Standard nail spots offer better results for less cost.

Super friendly team, consistent great service, I get my nails done here every 3 minute weeks with Christine who is fast and detail oriented. I found ten spot when I was looking for a spa that offered BIAB manicures since traditional gel is too harsh on my nails. 5 months or BIAB and my nails are strong and healthy!

Sent my sister in to get her nails and toes done recently, she is not the best with her english but she told me the clerk Mel was very understanding and helpful. This was very refreshing given the intolerance we have faced from other places in the past. Keep up the good work guys!

I love this salon! Something about the decor and scent of the place is just so soothing to me, as soon as I walk in I feel relaxed. The staff are always friendly and Nicole who does my treatments is really nice and professional and makes me feel comfortable. 10/10

Poor poor customer service. We booked a week in advance for pedicure for my husband and I. On our arrival Melanie the person at the front desk told us that we booked for manicure. We clearly had booked pedicure as we have gift card for 2 pedicures however she said “she's willing to argue” that we had booked for manicure! She did not offer to do anything to remedy the situation. We left very upset and called the Westboro location and they took us. We don’t recommend this location because they were very unprofessional and didn’t want to help fix the issue instead all of them stood there and waited for us to leave.

Emily did a great job with my waxing. One of the only times I haven’t left from a leg wax with little pieces of wax stuck all over my legs and feet. And she was very time efficient.

I was disappointed in my eyelash tint today. The technician seemed unsure of the procedure. I had to ask several times to have the lashes rinsed properly as there was too much tint residue coming off afterwards. My eyes are a little irritated from all the rubbing ( I had to ask her to pat the eye area rather than rub). Otherwise very friendly technician-perhaps a little more training would help.
